We've worked intensively these past months to complete the Faster Greta baking oven. And now it's finally launched! A product we trust completely in its construction and are very proud of its design. Faster Greta is an outdoor fireplace made from Corten steel. The oven can be used all year and radiates wonderful warmth in the garden on cool spring and autumn evenings.
Cooking and baking are satisfying parts of life and bring real joy. For this reason, Per Enoksson wanted for a long time to create a baking oven for Hikki. For Per, baking in a wood-fired stove has always been connected to his aunt, Greta. She used to bake soft flatbread called Gaahkoe in Sami. The oven is naturally a tribute to her and her bread baking.
The oven works excellently as a flatbread oven, pizza oven and for other breads. Beyond bread baking, the oven can be used as a grill and for roasting fish, meat and vegetables. An important feature is the ability to control the smoke intake. Via a damper, you can choose how much smoke flavour the food or bread will get.
