The privacy policy describes how your personal information is collected, handled, shared and saved by Hikki - the data owner of the said data, when you visit or place an order from the website at hikki.se, when you interact with our pages on other platforms for example, but not limited to, Instagram / Facebook / YouTube / Shopify, opens and / or clicks in our email campaigns or when you fill out forms in our app we use at trade shows and other physical sales channels.

Personal information that we collect via the website Hikki.se

When you visit the website at hikki.se and all of the domain's subpages, information is automatically collected about your browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are stored on your computer. We refer to this data as "order information". The personal data that we collect and pass on to our mentioned partners is used to give you support regarding payment or shipping or send administrative information about it and to create relevant marketing for you.

Personal information that we collect via digital form at trade fairs and other physical channels

We collect names, telephone numbers (if specified) and your e-mail address, the data is automatically shared with our CRM system PipeDrive CRM, our e-commerce platform Shopify and our e-mail marketing platform OmniSend.

Personal information that we collect via campaign email

When you open and / or click on links in our campaign emails, information and time indications for each opening and link click are saved, as well as to which page or file these link clicks go.

Some or all of your personal information may be shared with the service providers we use - at the moment these are, but others may be added: Google, Fortnox, Facebook, Microsoft, PipeDrive, Shopify, Omnisend, Instagram, MailChimp, Klarna, PayPal & Dreamlogistics, but only to the extent required to use the service provider's products adequately

How we use your personal information

Order Information - This data is used to process and deliver your order (and any returns). Your data is automatically shared with our our logistics and payment handling partners in connection with purchases - usually Klarna for credit or debit card purchases within Sweden, PayPal for invoice purchases abroad and Dreamlogistics' third-party logistics and their specific subcontractors / forwarder (s) who handle your delivery - i rule DHL, Schenker or PostNord, depending on the product and destination. The order information is also shared with Fortnox, which records and manages our sales.

Device Information - We use the device information to monitor potential risks and fraud when ordering, and as a general basis for how we improve the site and its content to make it more relevant to you. Some device information may be used to target our advertising to you on Facebook, Instagram and other websites through the Google Advertising Platform.

Form information - we use the form data you provided when you visited us at the trade fair or through another physical sales channel specifically to send you promotions by e-mail and any follow-up by phone.

We use your personal information to be able to send you relevant marketing through campaign email, SMS, mailing of catalogs and other printed marketing as well as follow-up by phone.

Finally, we may also need to share your personal information in the event of a dispute or other legal proceedings, in accordance with Swedish and EU law.
