This is how it works when you order from Hikki.

1. You place your goods in the shopping cart (you can see the estimated delivery time for each product on its product page) and complete your order.
   
   
2. You will receive an email within a few minutes with a order confirmation to your inbox on your order. This is just a compilation of your goods and address information and thus does not contain a tracking link.
   
   
3. Estimated delivery time is stated on our website for each product. When your goods are sent from our warehouse, you will receive a second email - this is your delivery confirmation. This email also contains a tracking link that you can use to track your order. NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours before your tracking link actually becomes active.
   
   
4. Wait at least 24 hours for your tracking link to become active and traceable.
   
   
5. After waiting, you can now finally reap the rewards of your patience - now your shipment should be traceable and you can follow its journey home to you or your agent.
