- You will receive an email within a few minutes with a order confirmation to your inbox on your order. This is just a compilation of your goods and address information and thus does not contain a tracking link.
- Estimated delivery time is stated on our website for each product. When your goods are sent from our warehouse, you will receive a second email - this is your delivery confirmation. This email also contains a tracking link that you can use to track your order. NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours before your tracking link actually becomes active.
- Wait at least 24 hours for your tracking link to become active and traceable.
- After waiting, you can now finally reap the rewards of your patience - now your shipment should be traceable and you can follow its journey home to you or your agent.
