Robust products for cooking and cozy outdoors

Cook and socialise outdoors

Curious about outdoor cooking and baking, but think a brick pizza oven sounds too complicated, an outdoor kitchen too large, and a bakehouse out of the question? Then one of our wood-fired ovens, Faster Greta or the now-retired Gömsle, might be just right for you. They bring all of those experiences together in a more practical format.

Note: Gömsle is no longer in production. We still sell accessories for all existing owners, so your oven can continue to be used and enjoyed for many years to come.

Gömsle was a wood-fired outdoor oven made from durable, weather-resistant corten steel. It was developed to quickly reach the high temperatures required to bake a perfect pizza or flatbread in just minutes.

Faster Greta is a wood-fired oven, pizza oven, and outdoor fireplace in corten steel. Inspired by a kind-hearted woman from the Tärnaby mountains, known for her generosity and traditional flatbread, Greta is built for baking pizza, bread, and other treats, while also serving as a fireplace that radiates warmth on cool evenings. Over time, the steel develops a protective patina, making the oven both durable and nearly maintenance-free.

Lillhälla is a firepit and grill – also made from the same robust and low-maintenance corten steel. It’s perfect for gathering on a chilly evening to grill sausages, fish, or marshmallows, or simply to warm your hands and boil a pot of coffee. The Hetvägg baking plate can be used with Lillhälla or on its own over an open fire. Bake flatbread or prepare meals that work well on a smooth cooking surface.

Bake pizza in Gömsle – that’s how simple it was

The foundation of a good pizza is simple, reflecting its roots as humble fare – good dough, a fine tomato sauce, and a flavourful cheese. Over the years pizza has been refined and developed, but the basics remain the same more than two hundred years later.

To achieve a crisp base, lightly charred edges, and perfectly golden cheese, you need to bake quickly at very high heat – something an ordinary kitchen oven rarely manages. With Gömsle it was easy. Build a good fire, let the heat soak into the included baking steel, place the pizza on the steel, wait 1–2 minutes – and enjoy pizza perfection from your own wood-fired oven.
