Design and material
A robust back and pizza oven with a craft design by Hikki's founder, artist Per Enoksson. Built of corten steel - a heat -resistant material that ages with dignity. The oven weighs 65 kilos and becomes a fixed establishment in your glade.
Delivery and assembly
Gömsle is manufactured in Sweden and delivered in finished parts that are assembled and fastened with wedges, no screws are needed. See manual here.
Gömsle works best with dry birch wood. You start with thinner firewood and go over to thicker when the fire begins to get. Within just over 30 minutes, the oven reaches a 450 degree heat, although the time may vary depending on the outdoor temperature. Soon you can feel the scent of smoking fresh pizza, or thin bread such as gaahkoeh, lavash or pita. Serve and enjoy!

An update of the oven has been made since its launch last year. We have modified the intermediate wall between the heating space and the rear steel so that the oven will reach high temperature even faster. The new middle wall that you are going to use is attached to your broadcast.
