1. You add your items to the cart (you can see the estimated delivery time for each product on its page) and complete your order.
   
   
2. Within a minute you'll receive an order confirmation email. This is just a summary of your items and address - it doesn't include a tracking link yet.
   
   
3. The estimated delivery time is shown on our website for each product. When your items leave our warehouse you'll get a second email - your delivery confirmation. This email includes a tracking link so you can follow your order. Note: It can take up to 24 hours before your tracking link becomes active.
   
   
4. Wait at least 24 hours to let your tracking link become active and trackable.
   
   
5. After you've waited, you can finally reap the rewards of your patience. Your shipment should now be trackable and you can follow its journey to you or your pickup point.
