Shipping

This is how it works when you order from Hikki.

1. You add your items to the cart (you can see the estimated delivery time for each product on its product page) and complete your order.
2. Within a minute or so you receive an email with an order confirmation. This is just a summary of your items and address details, so it contains no tracking link.
3. Estimated delivery time is shown next to each product on our website. When your items ship from our warehouse you receive a second email - this is your dispatch confirmation. It also contains a tracking link you can use to follow your order. Note: it can take up to 24 hours before your tracking link becomes active.
4. Important if you have ordered a bathtub or other pallet freight: DHL will contact you by phone, text or email to book a delivery time. The call may come from an unknown number. Answer, or call back the same day. Without a booked time there is no delivery, and if the goods are returned you pay the return freight (read more here).
5. Wait at least 24 hours to let your tracking link become active.
6. After the wait comes the reward - your shipment should now be trackable and you can follow its journey to your home or your service point.
