These terms and conditions apply as an agreement between us (Hikki) and you (the Buyer), ie the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement in accordance with clause 3. The following text of the agreement therefore applies unless we have agreed otherwise - in in that case, such an agreement must be made in writing before a purchase. In cases where the terms differ between private and corporate customers, special terms for corporate customers are stated as a supplement under each item.


When an agreement is concluded between you (the buyer) and Hikki, Hikki is a party to the agreement.

Conclusion of agreement

When you order from us, a purchase contract (agreement) is concluded between you and Hikki. The purchase contract arises by us accepting your order and sending a digital order confirmation by email. The agreement is saved digitally without an end date.


Prices in the Online Store are stated in either SEK, DKK or EUR depending on which region the visitor to our website is located and resides in. The prices include Swedish VAT of 25%. We have the right to change prices on the website and in other channels without prior notice. The prices that applied when ordering are the price that applies if you should regret or complain about your purchase. Prices include shipping within Sweden and the EU mainland.

Prices for the products are in SEK for customers with delivery adress in Sweden, DKK for customers with delivery adress in Denmark and EUR for customers with delivery adress in the rest of the EU. The prices for each region are those that are reflected in the price for each currency. We have the right to cancel, cancel or revoke a purchase if we notice a discrepancy between currency and delivery address. We have the right to cancel orders where the product is clearly incorrectly priced.

Services such as handling, carrying and unpacking of goods are not included but can be requested and offered separately - contact us for more info.


If you have a discount code or other offer, they only apply according to the conditions stated in connection with the discount or offer being presented - usually in our newsletters or on our social media, or in email form if you have had a personal contact us. All valid discount deductions are clearly stated at checkout. Contact us if you have problems activating your discount code.

Right of withdrawal

We do our utmost to ensure that you are satisfied with your product, but despite this, circumstances may arise when you wish to cancel your purchase, and according to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to do so, without giving any specific reason . You must contact us no later than 60 days after an order is placed or within 40 days after you have received your delivery - either to the delivery address you have specified or to a representative - in order to exercise your right of withdrawal. After you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you will receive a return number with which you must mark the packaging so that we can identify the return when it has returned to our warehouse. You must return the item within 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

After you have announced that you want to cancel your purchase, you return the product / products in unused and undamaged condition to: Dream logistics, Stackarpsvägen 10, Port 3-8, 264 39 Klippan, +46 36 333 34 45. When returning the item, it must be done in the original packaging so that the item is not damaged

Should the product not be unused or if it is damaged, Hikki has the right to deduct the amount refunded that corresponds to the costs we receive to restore the product to its original condition. Such a deduction can never be higher than what you have paid for the product.

If you want to use the right of withdrawal, you must bear the shipping cost for the return of the item, any ancillary costs for third parties (intermediate storage / repackaging / logistics / etc) and a fee of SEK 250 (or the equivalent amount in DKK / EUR) for Hikki's cost to administer the return. When you return the item in the original packaging and are responsible for the return shipping, it is you as the buyer who bears the cost, risk and responsibility for the transport.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you have regretted the purchase. However, we can wait with the refund until we receive the item back from you or until you have sent proof that you have returned the item.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal only applies to individual consumers who buy the product for their own private use. For traders, or if the product is mainly used within the framework of a business activity, no right of withdrawal applies.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been used more than is reasonable to examine it. Keep in mind that you can not exercise the right of withdrawal if you have, for example, fired and / or bathed in any of the products because it leaves too clear traces of use and then we do not have the opportunity to sell these as new after we have received them in return. 

Keep in mind that it is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal not to pick up a package or not to receive a delivery.

Delivery, Transport & Damage

Delivery method, terms, delivery time and cost vary depending on the country and type of goods. We deliver to the address you specified when ordering. Smaller products, ie non-palletized goods, are usually always delivered to agents. At the time of this agreement text, we deliver our two bathtubs and the pizza oven Faster Greta on a stool to your plot, the rest of the range is delivered as a package to agents.

If the goods are to be transported further according to your instructions, for example via ferry, independent carrier, etc., we have completed our shipping when it is handed over to this carrier. In that case, think about asking the person receiving the goods to inspect it for shipping damage before signing the delivery and reloading it. This is important because we are not responsible for any shipping damage or boredom that occurs after the goods have been handed over, and a signed delivery is also a consent that the product has been delivered without remarks.

Remember that you must be able to identify yourself when you receive the goods or when you pick them up at your agent. If you do not have the opportunity to receive a delivery that is delivered to your plot, you must fill in a power of attorney that says that you approve that the person who drives out the goods can leave it on your plot without you personally receiving and signing it - contact us in good time before (at least five working days) and we will arrange a power of attorney which you print out and sign. Then attach the power of attorney outdoors somewhere where the person delivering the delivery can clearly see it.

For our large products that are delivered on pallets to your delivery address, they are unloaded with a tail lift directly adjacent to the vehicle, as close to your plot boundary as the carrier deems possible. Delivery is not included - but if you want to buy for a delivery, it is important that you contact the freight forwarder well in advance of delivery for a price information and how payment is to be made.The delivery confirmation email states which shipping company is executing your order, should you still not find that information, you can contact us and we will help you sort it out

Before writing the shipping document, you have a duty to inspect to ensure that there is no damage to either the goods or the packaging. If this is the case, this must be noted on the shipping document before you sign with your signature . Although transport damage is extremely rare on our products, it can still happen, which is why it is important that you examine the goods so that they are not transport damaged before you approve the delivery. If damage should have occurred, this must be photo-documented to us within 3 working days before we can complain further to the forwarder . Should you still be unlucky enough to receive a transport-damaged goods, you must point this out to the parcel representative or carrier, and you must draw up a claim report where you must describe the damage and you and the driver must sign the damage report . Should the transport company deny liability, contact us and we will sort things out further.

Should any part or item in the shipment be missing, you must contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out.

Should you have any remarks on delivery, you must communicate it to us no later than seven days after you receive your delivery. If we have not heard from you within seven days, we assume that the product has been delivered in the desired manner without remarks and then there is no possibility of compensation or return due to any shipping-related circumstance.

Transport with a time promise can be booked at extra cost and that agreement must be made before we order the transport. An order listing or message about the desired date in the web shop is thus counted as a request , not a condition for delivery - although of course we try to fulfill that wish as best we can. Contact Hikki before purchasing if the exact delivery time / date is crucial.

If you do not pick up your shipment from your agent, receive the delivery or arrange a power of attorney, the item is returned to our warehouse and then you must bear the costs involved - for example shipping / administration / intermediate storage / etc. Not picking up or receiving ordered goods is not equated with the right of withdrawal. Additional costs for this will be charged to the buyer.

Free shipping only applies to delivery costs to you or agents, no returns of goods (applies to right of withdrawal as well as exchange). Free shipping only applies to deliveries where the entire route is classified as a navigable road and addresses operated by our permanent transport company DHL. In cases where delivery could not take place due to the carrier assessing a section as impassable (usually not a public road or substandard forest road), or if the address is not included in the carrier's delivery area, you must bear any costs for handling and storage costs of the goods from the terminal the carrier chooses to unload the goods. In that case, you must also pick up the goods at that terminal, or arrange a new transport from the terminal to your door. Free shipping only applies within the country, and if the above conditions are met.


Hikki has no obligation to replace a faultless item, but will do everything we can to try to accommodate you and find a solution that we can both be happy with, if possible. The right of withdrawal is not affected by this. In the event that the item is to be returned for an exchange, the conditions in point X apply, unless otherwise agreed.

We only use established, trusted providers with a long history of handling online payments and e-commerce. Common to all is that payments by credit or debit card are always encrypted, so you can feel safe shopping from us.

Card Payment

In case of card payment, the card will be charged on the day when the Order begins to be manufactured or packaged in the factory. An amount corresponding to the purchase price will, however, be reserved on the card at the time of the Order.

You must have the right to use the debit or credit card you provide with the payment.

Retention of title

The goods are our property until we have received full payment from you. If you choose to pay in installments via Klarna, we will see the property as yours, unless Klarna has tested your creditworthiness and approved the purchase, even though the installment period is still ongoing.

Warranty and Complaint

We provide a 24-month warranty on all products. If you have a problem with your product, you must contact us within 24 months from the time of your order.

In addition to 6 months of statutory consumer protection (Consumer Purchase Act § 20a), we provide a guarantee of an additional 18 months to private customers, which means a total guarantee period of 24 months from the date of purchase. For corporate customers, there is a 6-month warranty period regarding original defects.

You are entitled to a guarantee if the product has any manufacturing or material defects and that you have installed it in accordance with the enclosed operating instructions. Should the instruction manual be missing, you can download it from the product pages at www.hikkisweden.com . Always read the operating instructions before mounting or starting to use the product.

If you are entitled to a guarantee, we will, as soon as we can, do any of the following:

(1) repair the product free of charge (2) replace the faulty product or part with a new or equivalent product or part (3) In cases where options 1 or 2 are not feasible, refund the price of the product at the time of ordering. Hikki reserves the right to decide which of the three options to use.

Our liability can never be higher than the value of the part that is at fault.

Hikki can never be held liable for indirect damage such as downtime, lost profits or sales or other indirect damage regardless of whether the buyer has been negligent or not.

Please note that the warranty expires if you make adjustments or modifications to the product without our written approval or instructions on how to do so. Modifications required for an accessory to work, however, do not affect the warranty - for example, you have to screw in fittings in the Bohemian frame to be able to attach the cover or protection.

If you need to send us a product after we have agreed to resolve a warranty issue with a repair, it is important that you pack it carefully and in the same way as it was when you received it. We are responsible for all shipping costs (but only if the entire route is a passable road) in a warranty case, regardless of whether you send in an item or component for repair or whether we send you a new item or component from our warehouse.

Keep in mind that the carrier must be able to access your packaging in an easy way, so make sure it is as accessible as possible - preferably in the same place where it was unloaded

Personal Data Management - Privacy

"Personal data" means any type of information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual, such as name, social security number, postal address, telephone number, email address and card information.

When you order from us, you give us consent that we may store, handle and use the personal data and data that is reasonable for the customer relationship and for order management, payment management, delivery management, communication, information and newsletters.

We also share the necessary data with third parties to enable them to fulfill their obligations - a carrier needs, for example, your address and contact information and our order system saves your historical orders, any listing and so on. We save the data for the time being and do not use it for any purpose other than in our relationship with you.

If you want us to delete your contact information or do not send you our newsletters, you can either contact us, and for the newsletters there is a link for unsubscribing at the bottom of the email. However, we must save your information until we have delivered your goods and an order confirmation / invoice must be saved in accordance with the Accounting Act, even if we have removed you from our customer register and our recipient list for our newsletters.

Choice of Law and Dispute

Provided that no mandatory law prescribes otherwise, the agreement is regulated by Swedish law and disputes shall primarily be settled through mediation where each party appoints a mediator at its own expense. If mediation is not successful, the dispute shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law in Swedish court.

Where class actions are permitted under national law, the buyer agrees with Hikki that each person can only claim against the other party in their own capacity, not as a defendant or class member in a class action. No arbitrator or judge may cumulate more than one person's claim or otherwise take up any form of class action unless the Buyer and Hikki agree otherwise.

Hikki's responsibility

Hikki disclaims all representations and expressions, express or implied, that are not expressly governed by these terms or the provisions of applicable law. Hikki is not liable for direct or indirect damage to property, personal or property as a result of its goods or services or inability to use them.

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold indemnified Hikki and its employees, owners and agents from any claims, claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) Buyer's use of the goods and the services or goods and services obtained through the Buyer's use of the goods and services, (ii) Buyer's breach or breach of any of these terms, (iii) Hikki's use of Buyer's personal information, or (iv) Buyer's breach of third party rights, including third parties suppliers.

Force Majeure

We are released from performance of delivery if the proper performance thereof is prevented due to circumstances beyond our control and which we could not reasonably have anticipated at the conclusion of the agreement and the consequences of which we could not reasonably avoid or overcome, such as labor dispute , fire, accidents, wars, pandemics, government decisions or other circumstances that have been beyond our control and that materially affect our proper performance of the agreement.
