Changing your mind and returns

You can change your mind about your purchase without giving a reason. The law gives you 14 days. We give you longer: 60 days from your order or 40 days from receiving the goods, whichever ends later. Otherwise the same terms apply as for the statutory right below.

How to do it

  1. Email customer@hikki.se to say you are cancelling, or use our form or the model form at the bottom of this page. We will send you instructions for the return.
  2. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
  3. You pay the return freight. We charge nothing on top of it.
  4. We refund you within 14 days of you telling us. We may wait until we have the goods or you have shown that they have been sent.

Good to know

  • Unused goods. To get the full amount back, the goods must be unused. You may examine them, but not fire them up or bathe in them. If you do, you can still cancel, but you pay for the loss in value. A tub you have bathed in or an oven you have fired can't be sold as new, so the deduction can be up to the full price.
  • Pallet goods. Bohemen and other goods on a pallet can't go by post. Get in touch and we will get the current price from the carrier. We add no surcharge.
  • Packaging. Please use the original packaging if you can, and mark it with your order number. It protects the goods and speeds up the return.
  • A delivery you don't take. Not collecting a parcel or not taking a delivery does not count as cancelling. See the terms.
  • Businesses. The right to cancel applies to consumers, not business purchases.
  • Rather exchange? Get in touch, we can usually sort it.

Information about your right to cancel

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Hikki AB, Blå vägen 15, 925 32 Tärnaby, Sweden, telephone +46 954 725 099, email customer@hikki.se) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear statement on our website https://hikkisweden.com/pages/return-requests. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to DreamLogistics, Produktionsvägen 10A, 262 96 Ängelholm, Sweden, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For Bohemen and other goods on a pallet, the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately 800 GBP from the UK, 500 EUR from the EU, 11 000 NOK from Norway and 4 000 SEK from Sweden. The exact price depends on the product and the address. We get the current price from the carrier and add no surcharge.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
