This set is for those who want to start cooking and baking over fire straight away. A considered setup, without having to think about what is needed.

At the centre is Faster Greta, our wood-fired oven for pizza and baking. Quick to reach temperature. Stable heat. Built for outdoor cooking, all year round.

Included are two selected additions that make the process easier:

• Gierke pizza stone
  Provides even, high heat from below. For crisper bases and better results, whether you are baking pizza or bread.
• Plåtfjäla pizza / bread peel
  Makes it easy to place and remove pizzas and bread from the oven. A natural extension of your hand when cooking over fire.

This set exists to make it easy to get started.

Faster Greta works on its own. With this set, you have the right conditions from the beginning. Less to figure out. More time by the fire.
